- Cancellations will only be refunded the amount of the reservation if it is notified 72 hours in advance.

- When a reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours prior, the full amount will be charged, it will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- We will offer the option of a voucher for the amount equal to the booking fee to be used in the future.
